Apartments A are located in a quiet, peaceful part of the “Sunčana Planina” villa and the ski area, just a 5-minute walk from the center of Kopaonik (the “Konaci Sunčani Vrhovi” apartment complex) and the ski lifts — “Malo Jezero,” “Pančićev Vrh,” “Krst,” “Karaman Greben,” as well as the “Sports Valley.”

These modern, brand-new apartments (2022), with no sloped ceilings, are designed to provide maximum comfort and living-room space. Each apartment has a total area of 35 m², of which the living room (including the hallway) is 29 m².

This size accommodates up to 5 people. Three beds are separate, standard size 200 × 90 cm, and there is one double pull-out bed.

A particular advantage is that the two apartments are opposite each other — a valuable option for two families or groups to rent together: they share an entrance hallway yet are completely separate, each with its own additional entrance door and hallway.
